Programs

New Leaf Link takes place from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm at the Harrowsmith Free Methodist Church on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Anyone aged 18 years and older who is interested in joining, please use our contact form and we will reach out with more information!

COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION: We visit local businesses and organizations to learn more about our community.  Guests are invited to our program to share their passions and talents. We plan monthly lunches to explore local catering and  invite friends or family to join us!

ARTS: Talented Instructors help us to explore many aspects of the arts including drama, puppets, music, printmaking and visual arts.  Each year we produce and perform an original play for our Open House Events.

HEALTHY LIVING: We enjoy square dancing, karate, QiGong, line dancing and exercise to develop flexibility and balance.  We learn to cook healthy foods that are then shared together.
